4. Purpose of the register
The register is used to maintain a business partnership and to provide services.
5. Content of the register
Information on business associates contact persons is collected. Collected information can be the contact person’s name, phone number, e-mail address, position in the company, address of the company, company name, company’s business ID.

7. Regulated transfers
The information is disclosed to each of the participants in the service event. The information will not be disclosed for direct marketing or for any other purpose outside the company.

No information of the register will be transferred outside EU or ETA.
9. Principles of registry protection
The access to the register requires a user ID issued by the client registry administrator. The administrator also determines the level of access to other users. Only those employees of the controller and subcontractors have access to the information they need to perform their job-related duties. Data is collected in service databases that are protected by firewalls, passwords, and other technical means. Databases are located in locked and secured spaces and only certain predefined persons can access the data.
10. Profiling and automatic decision making
The registrar does not make profiling on the customer's behalf based on personal data or use automated decision making.
11. Google Analytics
This site uses the Google Analytics Visitor Tracking app. The application collects information about your site behavior for Movere, so Movere Oy can improve the content and availability of its pages to better meet the needs of users. Data is collected anonymously via IP protection, so only part of the IP address is utilized and it is impossible to deduce the behavior of an individual identifiable person. Data is collected only for statistical purposes in anonymous form. Google will not use your abbreviated IP address in connection with any other data collected by Google. Accepting the ability to analyze visitor tracking information can be undone at any time in the future. As a result of using Google Analytics, some of the data collected by the Site may be located on servers physically located outside the EU or the EEA. Movere.fi does not collect personal information.
12. The rights of the registered
INSPECTION, CORRECTION AND PROHIBITION RIGHTS
The data subject has the right to check the information contained in the registers, the right to claim for correction of incorrect information, the right to prohibit the processing of personal data relating to registrations in direct marketing and otherwise resort to the rights guaranteed in the Personal Data Act.
The registrar shall, without undue delay, on their own initiative or at the request of a registered person, either rectify, delete or supplement the personal data of the Registry, which is misleading, unnecessary, incomplete or outdated for the purpose of processing. The registrar must also prevent the spread of such information if the information may compromise the privacy of the data subject or his / her rights.
Unless the registrar accepts the registered claim for correction of the information, he / she must issue a written certificate. The certificate shall also state the reasons why the claim has not been accepted. The registered may refer the matter to the Data Protection Supervisor.
The controller shall inform the data subject to whom the data controller has surrendered or where the data controller has received incorrect personal data to correct the information. However, there is no obligation to notify if reporting is impossible or requires unreasonable trouble.
